All custom art images will be emailed as a DIGITAL JPEG & PDF file for you to keep and use. PLEASE REVIEW PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS PERTAINING TO YOUR ORDER FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION.

*Unless the additional commercial use option was added, you MAY NOT re-design, re-print in large quantities for resale, or use the image in any way for your own profit.*

Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds ARE ALLOWED, BUT ONLY TO A CERTAIN POINT IN THE CREATION PROCESS. Please read the "How This Works" section of the product you're purchasing. Once your image get's to the final stages, you are no longer able to cancel or receive a refund. When the artwork is fully completed, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
